    Job Title: Financial Analyst (ANH Ruminants LATAM)

    City: São Paulo/SP

    As the Financial Analyst you are part of a regional ANH Finance Team. In this proactive role, you will provide support primarily to Regional ANH Supply Chain, with focus on Ruminants unit to ensure the delivery and execution of financial targets. Also, you will contribute to support financial activities including controls, business case analysis and reporting.

    Your key responsibilities

  • Monitor the development of key performance indicators and analyze (financial) Supply Chain performance.
  • Support the control of all business financial performance connected with FP&A.
  • Support the month-end closing analysis and prepare monthly financial operational reports.
  • Shares best practices across team, e.g., process improvements, financial modelling, and procedures changes.
  • Collaborates with Management Team to explain results, make improvements, manage, or support projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations, and lead the development of complex analysis.
  • Active participation on the budget process and RAF (Review Annual Forecast).
  • Support in business cases, savings transformation, etc.
  • You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economy, or related areas
  • Fluency in English is a must. Spanish is desirable.
  • Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or FP&A.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, data driven profile, digital mindset, team player, hands-on and organization skills.
  • Effective and professional communication (capacity to communicate synthetically)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, capacity to anticipate.
  • Ability to cope with short deadlines and time schedules within a matrix organization.
