A modeler is responsible for creating accurate and constructible BIM models using Revit or similar software. Depending on their seniority or expertise, they can model one or more disciplines.
In addition to modeling skills, successful candidates must also understand discipline specifications, project manuals, submittals (Quality Analysis), and be able to read design information provided by clients. We value strong analytical skills in reading plans.
