As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex automations, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with clients to resolve their technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual logic builders, LLMs, and API payloads.

About the Role:
We are looking for someone who can think creatively and troubleshoot issues efficiently. You should be able to explain complex concepts simply and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• a deep understanding of automation platforms such as Make or n8n;
• experience working with JSON data structures;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills (native English level);
