    ServiceNow BPC and TC

    Kellton is seeking a Business Process Consultant (BPC) and Technical Consultant (TC) for a ServiceNow Customer Service Management module implementation. The engagement will be fully remote.

    • BPC role: 20-30 hours/week, technical skills required
    • TC role: 10-20 hours/week, experience with implementing the Customer Service Management module

    The ideal candidate should have experience with the specified ServiceNow module and be proficient in Portuguese.
