    We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for owning the customers' first 30-45 days, setting the tone for their relationship with us and ensuring they are ready quickly and correctly.

    This role defines the customer's first impression of Smarter Contact and has clear growth potential within a fast-scaling SaaS company. You will have opportunities to build long-term relationships with customers, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes that drive business results.
