- Participate in Major incident handling, troubleshoot service request failures, downtime extensions, long running ongoing incidents for a customer.
- Quick responses during escalations, take proactive steps to avoid escalations, identifying and driving initiatives to improve the operation and stability for our customer system.

Linux Systems Management Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our operations services by providing expert-level Linux systems management.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Linux and Unix, as well as public Cloud, and will provide L3 support in a big team dedicated to helping clients. They will be responsible for troubleshooting service request failures, downtime extensions, and long-running incidents.
The selected candidate will work remotely, attending to TechM global clients 24x7, with an initial allocation of one year (with possible expansion). Fluency in English is required for daily activities. Contract type: CLT or PJ.
