Profissional responsável pela condução de atividades regulatórias para dispositivos médicos e cosméticos, incluindo registro, renovação e alterações junto à autoridade sanitária brasileira, além da manutenção de bases regulatórias e suporte estratégico ao negócio.
Principais responsabilidades
- Preparação, compilação e submissão de dossiês regulatórios (registro, notificação e alterações)
- Acompanhamento de processos junto à autoridade sanitária e resposta a exigências
- Avaliação de impactos regulatórios em processos de Change Control
- Revisão e adequação de rotulagem e materiais promocionais
- Suporte regulatório a processos de licitação e projetos comerciais
- Manutenção de cadastros regulatórios e bases de dados
- Suporte aos times da América Latina, especialmente na captação e consolidação de documentação regulatória para submissões locais e projetos regionais
- Interface com áreas internas, autoridades sanitárias e parceiros externos
Requisitos
- Experiência em Assuntos Regulatórios (dispositivos médicos e/ou cosméticos)
- Conhecimento da legislação aplicável (ANVISA, RDCs, ISO)
- Inglês avançado
- Espanhol desejável
- Formação em Farmácia, Biomedicina, Engenharia Biomédica ou áreas correlatas.
- Modelo de trabalho híbrido, 3 dias por semana no escritório e 2 dias em casa.

- Resposta a exigências técnicas
- Interpretação de RDCs e normas aplicáveis a dispositivos médicos
- Avaliação de impacto regulatório em Change Control
- Revisão de rotulagem conforme requisitos locais
- Inglês avançado
Desejáveis
- Espanhol intermediário/avançado
- Experiência com suporte regulatório regional (LATAM)
- Vivência com certificações (INMETRO, ISO 13485, etc.)
- Pós-graduação em Assuntos Regulatórios
