    The Immigration Case Manager will play a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of high-skill, business, and investment-based immigration cases.


    Job Description:

    This is a full-time, remote position that requires the successful candidate to have experience with visa applications including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, and E-2. The successful individual will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting support letters and completing immigration forms.


    • Assist in case preparation by gathering necessary documents from clients
    • Maintain accurate electronic filing systems
    • Cultivate excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
