Responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations by providing full support to the Field sales representatives and customers.
Improve productivity by ensuring all Field Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material and Leads. In Charge of providing the small customers with end to end support and solutions.Lead GenerationCompile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads to the Sales representatives based on internal ZIM information, web data, external databases, quote inquiries, trade shows, business directories, etc.
Validate sales leads and work to support the sales representative in materializing the leads into sales.Account Coordination
Research and prepare material for customer meetings:
past performance and forecast, needs solutions, issues, opportunities, financials, etc.
Create and update agreementsDiscuss and prepare quotations for customersCustomer relationshipDeal with client's follow up process and problemsSolve ad-hoc problemsCascade relevant issues and problems of the customers to CS and ensure solving
Inform customers on changes in different topic such as: rates, schedule, new shipping methods, etc.
Performance MeasurementCreating meeting reports in CRMMonitor customer performanceComply with tracking and reporting requirementsScreening of lost/new customers
Requirements:
Academic education in Economics/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Logistics/ similar2 years of experience in sales/CS positionWorking experience in a local FFW / shipping industry - AdvantageProficient in MS Office, Excel, CRMAdvanced in English language
