    We're proud to build great products in LATAM, from LATAM About The Role is seeking a results-driven and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in Brazil and help lead the scaling of our new product for Salesforce users.

    As an Account Executive, you will work with a team of SDRs and Channel Partners. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in Brazil.

    Sales Strategy:
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target potential customers in the Brazilian market and achieve revenue targets

    Consultative Selling:
    Understand customer needs, pain points, and objectives to present tailored solutions that align with their business goals

    Sales Presentations:
    Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value of our product and its benefits to potential customers

    Negotiation and Deal Closing:
    Lead contract negotiations and close deals with a focus on building long-term partnerships

    Relationship Building:
    Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive customer satisfaction and retention

    Sales Pipeline Management:
    Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts

    Market Insights:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages

    Collaboration:
    Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and provide valuable customer feedback.
    What We're Looking ForAt least 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B tech salesAt least 2 full years spent at a single companyProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsFamiliarity with the Brazilian market and an understanding of local business practicesExcellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex conceptsStrong networking and relationship-building skills to establish rapport with potential customersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environmentStrong analytical and problem-solver who can position Treble to address customer needsFluency in English and An intermediate level of Spanish (both required)Bonus Points ForExperience at an early stage startupFamiliarity with sales tools and CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipelinesProven success in expanding business in new territories and markets
