    Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

  • The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and/or improving the effectiveness of the processes/procedures relating to financial data such as sales, product and inventories, purchases, etc for all Ex-Camso Beyond Road Legal Entities to ensure Financial Reporting is compliant with the quality criteria of the data.

    This position is critical for the group as the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be the key point of contact between the Corporate System Administration team based in France and Camso Finance Team. He/She will coordinate deliverables to prevent delays in signing-off of financial results thus blocking Group consolidation. He/She will need to have a high-level expert knowledge of the reporting tool to perform diagnostic when blocking issues are observed and propose/implement corrective action.

    KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Production and transmission of all analytical month-end files related with sales ,Cost of sales and inventories
  • Leverage the Business Intelligence system to detect non-qualities impacting the accuracy, exhaustiveness, obsolescence and consistency of data.
  • Contributes to the preparation and checking of company accounts in accordance with local standards,
  • Ensures application of Group and local standards,
  • Ensures quality of accounts within his/her remit (completeness and risk assessment),
  • Involves all participants in the activities of the Record to Report (R2R) process,
  • Contributes to the monthly validation report for accounts under his/her remit,
  • Performs diagnostic when there is blocking issues with month-end transmission of legal entity (General Ledger and analytical files) and implements corrective action in a timely manner,
  • Supports all Camso legal entities in trouble shooting month end transmission problem (Level 2 Subject Matter Expert Support)
  • Raises support ticket with IS/IT department and is the key point of contact with IS/IT support team when requiring business support in fixing issues,
  • Ensures the quality of accounts and all R2R deliverables by monitoring process indicators operational performance,
  • Ensures application of standard procedures for the LB Beyond Road
  • Initiates and conducts operational action plan with the various actors to correct malfunctions and achieve the key performance indicators (KPI), etc.
  • Sending reporting packages to the group in line with the deadline and at the quality expected
  • Ensures stocks integrity in line with the group deadlines and at the expected level of quality.
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University;
  • Full qualification in CIMA (UK), ACCA (UK)/ CA (SL);
  • 6 – 10 years of relevant experience;
  • Expertise in financial reporting with good IFRS knowledge;
  • Ability to work in different Shifts (UK/USA) will be a added advantage;
  • Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP (FI, MM) or any other ERP system is preferred;
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and power point presentation;
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills.
