    About This Opportunity

    As a skilled professional in technical customer support, you will play a crucial role in handling customer interactions with active listening and empathy.

    • Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with WMS and ancillary software;
    • Manage WMS environments and migrate configurations between environments effectively;

    This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work independently,



    • Communication skills are essential for success as this position interacts frequently with internal stakeholders as well as external customers such that they have timely access to quality solutions which improve customer satisfaction. Technical proficiency is paramount when analyzing the root cause of an issue therefore we need someone who can identify resolutions quickly.  Furthermore when implementing these fixes there must be rigorous testing involved so knowledge of test planning methods like Black Box ,Gray Box or White box would be beneficial.  With regards to project management methodologies all successful candidates should ideally possess experience working within Agile frameworks including setting up milestones identifying resource needs tracking task progress etc. There may also require involvement where dealing directly managing specific operations overheads research findings analyze potential effects create Work requests integrate other responsibilities executing structured communication plans clarify processes realize efficiencies sustain consistency but never lose sight continuous improvement responsibility firmly embedded across board leads toward >cloud solutions operation<>,development ongoing enhancement.
