Selection process stages

• Candidacy form (Pipefy).
• Interview with the People department (online).
• 1st Interview with the team manager (online).
• 2nd Interview with the team manager (in person).

What you will do

• Integrate a development team to create and enhance the Facilita Jurídico platform.
• Collaborate directly with other departments to optimize the functionality and usability of the platform.
• Develop solutions based on detailed data analysis.
• Identify and solve technical problems, focusing on prevention and operational efficiency.
• Adopt and promote best development practices to ensure system stability and performance.

What you will need

• Solid analytical skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Experience with relational databases, Git, Python, and React.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability for technical and general communication.
• Previous experience with large-scale and scalable system development and maintenance.

Hiring details

• Position as a PJ contractor.
• On-site work in Sorocaba/SP.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Salary range: R$ 6,000 to 10,000.00.
