    About the role

    At Nubank, the Global Mobility team is crucial for enabling the seamless movement of talent across our international locations. As Nubank continues to expand its footprint globally, the ability to mobilize employees efficiently and compliantly has become a key driver of our success.     You'll be responsible for

  • Responsible for leading and implementing Global Mobility projects focused on, but not limited to international expansion and Global Mobility policy development and improvements, in line with Nubanks goals and objectives.
  • Project Planning and Design. Establish clear objectives, scope, timeline and requirements of Global Mobility projects to ensure successful execution.
  • Stakeholder Management. Identify, engage, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams, to align expectations and ensure project success. Act as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
  • Stay updated with global mobility trends,relevant international law and regulations developments in countries of interest.
  • Risk assessment. Work with external stakeholders and internal teams such as legal, compliance and tax teams to map potential risks and consequences of project implementation. Present these to stakeholders and decision makers to allow informed decision making.
  • Vendor management. Management of all administrative aspects related to relevant external vendors, including management of vendor contracts, determining most cost effective invoicing model, ensuring invoices are paid on time and that costs are allocated correctly to the respective business units.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular meetings and reports. Ensure all parties are regularly informed about project status, changes, or any issues.
  • Project Closure and Evaluation. Effectively close projects upon completion, ensuring all contractual and project requirements are met. Conduct post-project evaluation to determine project success and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
  • A project manager in the Global Mobility team needs a balanced blend of technical know-how, project management expertise, and soft skills to drive complex projects to successful completion.

    We are looking for a person who has

  • Solid Experience in Global Mobility
  • Fully capable of communicating in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with case management systems and workflows
  • Experience creating presentations, reports and/or dashboards to a wide array of audiences including executive-level management
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • International experience a plus
  • Familiarity with JIRA and oracle software a plus

    Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of ​​expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
