- Technically skilled in providing expert support for all Linux OS/Windows and Infra customer issues (Expert Linux Administrator)
- Strong experience in administration of our cloud platform based on Linux operating systems in Azure, AWS and Google Cloud as well as in SAP data centres
- Pacemaker administration knowledge
- Practical experience with OS operation, upgrades and security patching
- Networking experience with the suite of TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, firewalls
- Experience with network services like DNS and LDAP and proxies
- Good understanding of IT security, OS hardening

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Linux Server Manager to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for providing expert support for all Linux OS/Windows and Infra customer issues, as well as administration of our cloud platform based on Linux operating systems in Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux and Unix, public Cloud, and be able to give L3 support. They will also possess strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
A key aspect of this role is participating in Major incident handling, troubleshooting service request failures, downtime extensions, long running ongoing incidents for a customer. The successful candidate will also be able to drive initiatives to standardize and simplify server operations, and analyze root-causes of failures (if known) in achieving KPIS and define a corrective action plan.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating and orchestrating work between various teams, collaborating with other units within and outside Enterprise Cloud Service units, and streamlining standard operating procedures by focusing on automation enhancements.
As a proactive Operation services professional, the candidate will also provide service on-demand with timely alert reduction program to all stakeholders involving the customer.
