Job summary

We are seeking an Operator to join our team at Iron Mountain. As an Operator, you will be responsible for moving boxes and documents within our facility, using equipment and following safety procedures. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the storage area, and performing other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respect safety procedures and use of EPI's (Equipment of Protection Individual) provided by the company and hygiene of work established for your area of action;
• Implant and include volumes (boxes) in the internal system SKP (SafeKeeper), receive and check the demand, perform the exchange of the cartonage when necessary and release volume for storage, maintaining thus the organization and guarantee of the processes;
• Moving boxes manually or with the aid of manual or motorized equipment, within the dependencies of the Unit;
• Locate, which the locations (addresses) in which the boxes will be stored according to the internal system SKP, and take them to this location, using diverse resources, such as: barcode reader, carts, stairs, shelves equipped with casters, etc;
• Search and locate boxes of documents, following instructions or indications of addresses (corridors, shelves, levels, etc) established by the current procedures or instructions given by the superior.

Requirements

• High School complete
• Concentrated attention, agility, proactivity, work organization and Teamwork.
