- Ensure process excellence in Accounts Payable and Receivable.

- Manage financial risks, drive escalations for effective problem resolution, and improve customer experience.
- Experience in finance, tax, or analytical fields.
- Proficiency in Excel and Accounts Receivable/Payable.
- Ability to apply financial performance indicators to analyses.
- Creating process improvements with automation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Advanced English and basic Spanish proficiency.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects.
- Identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and implementing solutions.
- Working with senior staff and large-scale data analysis tools.

About the Role
Amazon Finance Operations aims to support business growth by delivering seamless processes for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, facilitating Amazon's expansion in LATAM and globally.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance processes for vendors and customers.
The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies internally and externally.
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, financial analysis abilities, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
