Senior HR Specialist(Mandarin) The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, acting as a bridge from Brazil Office to China HQ.
Responsibilities You will be working closely with a vibrant local HR team, supporting all HR-related functions including recruitment, training, data collecting, contract making, policy research, etc.
Communicating with external HR and Legal consulting agencies, to fulfill Growatt's purpose and project plan.Act as a bridge between Brazil and China, making sure the operation of all local projects and having frequent reports.
REPORTING LINE:
Just like the rest of the team, you will be reporting to the Overseas HRBP. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with the major in Human Resource or related fields. 4+ years' experience in Human Resources. Excellent command of both Portuguese and English. Familiar with the operation process of various practices of human resource management, e.
