- Collect, assess and design business requirements into IT specifications
- Create, keep accurate and publish IT Key Performance
- Indicators(KPI) such as: Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Number of Critical Bugs
- Disaster Recovery TO and RPO
- Support Vendors relationship management;
- Support and formalize local controls
- Review and improve local procedures
- Support both Internal & External Audits and Committees
- Higher Education
- Advanced English
- Functional knowledge on trading systems/products and acquainted integration processes across GM platforms, FIX protocol communication, Market Data Structure, Post Trade and connectivity with the Brazilian Exchange trade
