    **Job Title**: Logistics Analyst, Senior

    **Job Summary:** This position will develop and guide intra-logistics process-flow on top of SAP EWM implementation for the AGCO Canoas plant.

    **Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead intra-logistics process-flow review for masterdata cleansing and process definition to enable SAP EWM implementation and stabilization in the tractor manufacturing plant in Canoas.
    • Conduct logistics footprint analysis on top of SAP EWM processes and their impacts.
    • Guide logistics manpower and balance analysis (labor management).
    • Lead intra-logistics improvement projects and cost-driven projects.
    • Develop RASIC and SIPOC documents for all intra-logistics processes.
    • Define necessary training sessions for new operators and workload allocation under the AGCO Academy.
    • Implement best-practices to be shared across SA plants and serve as the domain lead for global standards.

    **Requirements:**
    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Business; MBA or MSc degree in Logistics or Operations.
    Experience:
    +10 years of experience in logistics engineering with a focus on logistics process improvements, project implementation, and cost reduction initiatives. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Lean and six sigma principles. Experience with RASIC and SIPOC documentation. Project management and analytics skills. Proficiency in SAP EWM, WM, or WMS systems as an end-user. Fluency in English at a professional level.

    **Additional Requirements:**
    Travel Required: 25%

    **Job Impact:** This role will impact in-house logistics processes, including receiving docks, putaway strategies, storage strategies, picking methods, line-feeding methods, and operational KPIs such as masterdata and lead operational audits. The primary goal is to provide logistics process improvements, cost reduction, and streamlined process-flow in a manufacturing environment.
