    The company Respond.io is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support specialist to join their team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers of their SaaS product through multiple channels including chat and video calls. Your main priority will be to drive excellent support and maintain customer satisfaction by resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner using full understanding of the product value, functions, features, and customer's business needs.
