Job summary
Realize the integration of Projects and/or Contracts with the organizational processes of HYDRO;
Realize and follow the strategic and tactical planning, detailing it by area / sector, as well as the integration of the Projects as a whole;
Control the fulfillment of contractual milestones and use, if necessary, the prerogatives of the Contracts related to the penalties provided in the same for the non-compliance of the milestones
Develop and communicate actions and 'Report';
Develop and issue the monthly report;
Organize and facilitate the monthly management ritual for the presentation of the monthly execution report of the Projects, with the participation of the leadership of the Fiscalization;
Assist in the establishment and monitoring of actions for the treatment of the deviations found;
Hold regular meetings for the apuración of performance with the leadership of the Fiscalization.
