What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of software development experience, with a strong background in Ruby on Rails or Elixir.
Proven experience with the development, scaling, and maintenance of distributed systems.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architectural design, and agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently on complex issues.
Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.


Preferred Requirements:
Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
Familiarity with AWSFamiliarity working with ML teamsExperience with e-commerce pricingContributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
