Job Role Overview

• Deliver engaging training sessions to clients on CAS solutions, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
• Provide expert product consulting services for optimal adoption and value realization.

Foster customer onboarding experiences and continuous learning initiatives for CAS users.
Gather valuable insights from customers and communicate actionable feedback to ACS International for product enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives promoting customer success and solution optimization.

Simplify complex scientific concepts through compelling presentations at workshops, seminars, industry events, conferences,& trade shows as agreed under engagement requirements. Furthermore,TechnicalConsultants are expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their field by attending relevant training programs or workshops when possible.
