- Degree in Environmental/Civil Engineer or Geology;
- Experience with management of contaminated sites, from investigation to remediation phase;
- Experience in mining;
- Experience in team management, providing line management, coaching, mentoring and skills development, and demonstrating inclusive behaviors;
- Knowledge in coordinating subcontractors;
- Experience in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations to meet and exceed client expectations;
- Availability to travel for long periods;
- Desirable knowledge of projects related to civil construction and demolition process;
- Desirable knowledge of digital tools;
- Strong commitment to safety, including following established ERM Health and Safety protocols;
- Ability to succeed in a consulting pace, handling multiple project assignments, and maintaining flexibility, while meeting strict deadlines;
- Advanced English.
