    Responsabilidades:

    • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe jurídica tributária, garantindo a eficiência e qualidade dos serviços prestados, minimizando riscos e buscando oportunidades de eficiência tributária alinhadas à legislação;
    • Fornecer consultoria jurídica em questões tributárias, incluindo apoio em planejamento tributário e compliance fiscal;
    • Participar de projetos estratégicos, oferecendo suporte jurídico em fusões, aquisições e reestruturações empresariais, considerando impactos tributários;
    • Conduzir fiscalizações, gerir a carteira contenciosa tributária e patrocinar litígios tributários;
    • Defender processos administrativos e judiciais relacionados a questões tributárias, avaliando e gerenciando riscos de contingências tributárias.

    Requisitos:

    • Formação em Direito, com especialização ou pós-graduação em Direito Tributário;
    • Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipes e projetos jurídicos;
    • Conhecimento profundo em legislação tributária, contencioso e consultivo tributário, além de planejamento tributário;
    • Habilidades de liderança, comunicação, negociação e pensamento estratégico;
    • Experiência em departamentos jurídicos e/ou escritórios de advocacia;
    • Diferencial: Experiência em Big Four ou conhecimento contábil.
