    We are looking for an

    Enablement Analyst

    to join our team, performing a support role in the development of team members.

    An organized, communicative, proactive person who is willing to create presentations and different types of material, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team.

    A typical workday might include
    :

    Developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and resources to support the onboarding and continuous development of team members;Creating and maintaining training materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and interactive modules;Conducting training sessions to educate team members on product features, sales techniques, customer communication, and best practices;Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date;Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics;Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Revenue Ops function to enhance team productivity and efficiency.


    RequirementsIndispensable Requirements:


    Fluency in English;Fluency in Portuguese;Solid experience with HubSpot operation;Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences of varying backgrounds and skill levels;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive mindset toward improving training programs and processes.


    Additional Qualifications:
    Proficiency in Spanish is considered an excellent skill;Relevant certifications:
    Candidates with certifications related to training, such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), can bring an additional level of credibility and expertise to the role;Track record of successful training and enablement implementations:

    Candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in training and enablement projects, including measurable outcomes, positive team feedback, and quantifiable improvements in operational performance, are highly valued.
