Management and optimization of the warehouse space under the company's procedure, according to current business and future growth demandProvide all the logistics strategies
and supply chain required for a excelent performance and high quality of our products.
Ensure the working process (methodology align with SPS).
Take a solid action plan for improving on the basis of cycle-counting and annual stock-taking.
Enhance the operation's safety condition.
Measures and analyzes warehousing performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.
Manages projects to design and optimize warehousing processes.
Responsible for hierarchical management of operators in a Warehouse.
