About the Role

The reporter will cover the antitrust, data protection and antibribery beats in Brazil and other Latin American countries.

Responsibilities

• Working in a dynamic framework, conducting interviews with sources on a daily basis, and working under tight deadlines

• Reporting of diary events as well as scoops on MLex's areas of coverage

• Writing in English, as MLex stories are published only in English

Requirements

• Have fluent English and Portuguese are required;

• Have bachelor's degree in Journalism or another relevant field

• Have reporting experience for a newspaper or newswire

• Have ability to develop sources

• Be willing to work in a team, while still developing own ideas

• Have clear and accurate writing in English
