    About the jobThe Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Solutions Architect Intern to join us in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

    In this role, you will train and prepare for a solutions architect role and help the sales team achieve their sales targets.

    You'll be responsible for the delivery of technical solutions to our customers, based on the requests of our customers, Red Hat's partners, internal customers like sales representatives, and other solutions architects.

    As a Solutions Architect Intern, you will work together with the solutions architects to gain more technical expertise and experience, while providing an excellent customer and partner experience.

    What you will doServe as a valuable member of the solutions architecture teamDemonstrate responsiveness by reacting to requests on timeDemonstrate professionalism by reaching out to peers and senior team members with questionsProvide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of offerings, applications, and solutionsUse your knowledge of offerings to provide technical expertise to sales staff, customers, and partners through sales presentations and demonstrations of offeringsPrepare detailed specifications of offeringsFollow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or dataShadow senior peers to gain experience and learn about the solutions architect roleWhat you will bringKnowledge of Linux and related technologies, or Java architecture and related technologiesKnowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies, or middleware concepts and technologiesCurrently enrolled in the last two years of a technical university degree studies in an engineering or computer science fieldAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesGood presentation skillsAbility to read mailing lists and documentation, and to participate in training courses and enablement trainingDemonstrated ability to find correct resources and collect required informationGood communication skills and a demonstrated ability to relay information to both internal and external customersAdvanced English level is mandatory#LI-FV1
