Your Role
• Implement global Talent Management initiatives across local and regional LATAM levels;
• Enable managers and HRBPs in performance, succession, development, and culture processes;
• Ensure effective adoption of Talent Management tools and practices by HR teams and leaders;
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning, including regional data consolidation;
• Drive consistency and quality of Talent Management practices through training and best practices;
• Design, adapt, and maintain Talent Management and Learning tools aligned with regional guidelines;
• Manage and consolidate Talent Management indicators and regional reporting;
• Partner with Global L&D and HRBPs to identify capability gaps and align learning with business priorities;
• Support the execution of the annual LATAM Training & Development plan, including budget tracking;
• Measure learning effectiveness and ROI, continuously improving programs through data-driven insights.
About You
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Talent Management and organizational development;
• Experience working in global, multicultural environments with strong interaction with HRBPs and leaders;
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;
• Advanced English | Intermediate Spanish.
