Project Manager (Site/Land Construction years' experience working on utilities, site/land development, roads, sewers and concrete/asphalt projects.
Ability to do take-offs for heavy civil projects.
Manage field operations daily.
Must be able to work with contractors, clients, and engineers routinely.
Manage a project from start to finish.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and change orders.
