Job summary
This position is designed for operators capable of constructing and restructuring scalable systems from the ground up.Operational excellence at Trilogy is not optional—it is a strategic differentiator. We move quickly to acquire software businesses and even more quickly to scale them.
You will take full ownership of comprehensive transformations spanning our global portfolio. Examples include redesigning the offboarding process for over 1,200 employees following acquisitions, substituting platforms like Jira and Salesforce with AI-driven agents, or deploying automations that remove thousands of hours of manual labor.
