• São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end to end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Garantir a presença dos drivers através da lista de chamada no Waths (envio de localização).
• Preencher a planilha de Status de Expedição Own Fleet, garantir 100% das informações requisitadas, bem como justificativas de desvios.
• Acompanhamento de rotas em tempo real junto ao time de monitoramento Own Fleet
  Requirements:
• Ensino Médio completo.
• Superior Completo ou Cursando será diferencial (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
• Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
