Job summary
This position involves managing day-to-day benefits administration, enhancing HR technology, ensuring data quality, and generating insightful reports.Responsibilities
+ Administer health & welfare, retirement, leave,Cobra ,and ancillary plans;
Serve as primary HRIS analyst for core UKG Pro HCM modules including employee data,benefit time/attendance;
E nsure flawless data flow between HRIS,benefits carriers/payroll/third parties;
Bui ld/maintain dashboards/reports covering headcount turnover benefit costs/enrollment/ACA
+Support annual open enrollment process from reqs/post-launch validation,
Fdrive compliance ACA ERISA HIPAA FMLA related regulations ;maintain standard operating procedures /audit controls
Ccollaborate with:Hr/Payroll/Finance/IT/vendor partners enhance processes/emloyee experience
Povide tier-2 employee support empaty accuracy/confidentiality;Maint service level agreements/knowledge articles
