    About Flex AI, a fast-growing consumer product:

    Flex AI is looking for a highly creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Creative Producer to help produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

    • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social platforms
    • Add captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native styling
    • Produce multiple variations of each concept

    This is a hands-on creative role focused on fast iteration, great storytelling, and a strong understanding of platform-native video styles.

    The ideal candidate has proven experience editing TikTok/Reels-style short-form content, strong proficiency in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar, and good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythm.
