About this role: We are seeking a detail-oriented customer support specialist to join our team.

• Customer Interaction: Handle user inquiries via the Zendesk support system, providing efficient and professional assistance.

We require someone with strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and excellent written English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Major in Portuguese or equivalent proficiency
• Prior experience in customer service, online support, or related fields is preferred
• Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
