    Training Content Specialist

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training materials that align with new feature releases and product enhancements.


    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Develop clear, structured training materials for new feature releases and product updates;

    • Create step-by-step documentation, user guides, and process walkthroughs;

    • Produce video tutorials and screen-recorded demonstrations;

    • Maintain consistent instructional design standards across all materials;

    Skills & Qualifications


    • A minimum of 3-6+ years of experience in instructional design or technical writing;

    • Experience embedding or structuring in-app learning resources preferred.

      The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills who can work collaboratively across functions to ensure timely delivery of accurate content aligned to customer needs.
