    Senior Client Success Manager


    We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our client success initiatives.


    Job Description:


    • This role combines client advocacy with revenue responsibilities, focusing on retention and growth within existing client accounts.

    The ideal candidate will build loyalty and long-term engagement with our clients driving strategy and execution within client retention programs, account reviews, health checks, cross-sales, issue resolution, interview management, KPI tracking and administration.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management roles within the software/technical outsourcing industry;
    • Demonstrated expertise in building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders;
    • An understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) process and related technical roles;

    The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Client Success. They must be comfortable managing complex client environments while balancing business objectives.  This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy advocating for clients.
