    Company recognized nationally as a reference in the luxury retail niche, at a time of restructuring and optimizing its commercial operations, is looking for a new executive to act as Commercial Head.

    As Head of the area, your main challenge will be tolead the transformation of the commercial area, prioritizing team engagement and development.

    In addition, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of data-based decision-making, aiming to drive operational excellence and achieve high-performance results.


    Main responsabilities:
    Monitor market opportunities and trends to recommend new strategies and commercial actions; Provide customer service and develop relationships with key customers; Develop commercial and business strategies with the aim of generating new leads; Design, implement and control the commercial activities of the units; Prepare and present to the board, analysis reports and weekly results compilation (approaches, launches, relationships, sales, margin, among other information); Develop sales plan, strategies, tactics and specific actions to achieve established objectives; Evaluate studies on sales potential in your region and propose strategic actions, aiming to expand the market in your region; Constantly evaluate your team's results, giving feedback and building more expressive results with engagement and quality


    Requiriments:
    Solid experience in the art sector or luxury market; Sales, communication and people management skills; Data driven profile; Advanced English; International knowledge of the art market desirable; Availability for recurring trips
