We are looking for Analista de segurança de redes who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

• Design, implement, and maintain firewall policies; ensure least privilege and segmentation.

• Review, optimize, and clean rule sets; conduct periodic audits and recertifications.

• Analyze logs and alerts; investigate threats and suspicious traffic patterns.

• Coordinate change requests, risk assessments, and user/business approvals.

• Support projects: new site deployments, cloud integrations, and secure remote access.

• Maintain runbooks, standards, and documentation; provide knowledge transfer to operations.

• Configure, manage, and monitor firewall infrastructure to safeguard network assets.

• Respond to and investigate security incidents and alerts.

• Maintain up-to-date firewall rules and policies.

• Work with other IT teams to support secure connectivity and access requirements.

• Document configurations and change management activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English

• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall solutions, particularly Palo Alto Networks firewalls.

• Proven experience as a Firewall Administrator

• Solid understanding on networks, protocols, internet services, network security and firewall administration including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.

• Deep knowledge on monitoring operations and Manage Firewall Policy for Palo Alto product infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain firewall rules, policies, and configurations based on security best practices.

• Managing and monitoring log files of Security devices.

• Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets.

• URL filtering, global protect VPN and high availability features

• Advanced knowledge in protection technics on detection, integration with other security services like VPN, IDS/IPS and , SIEM.

• Advanced understanding on User-id features, traffic visibility, failsafe operation

• Panorama Management for large number of devices

• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/FTD, Check Point).

• Strong understanding of security policies, rule-base design, NAT, VPN, SSL decryption, and application-layer controls.

• Familiarity with IDS/IPS, web proxies (ZScaler,NetSkope), and threat intelligence/log analysis.

• Competence in change control, risk assessment, and documenting security justifications.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks).

• Understanding of firewall policies, NAT, VPN, and security best practices.

• Ability to analyze logs and monitor firewall events for security incidents.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

• Advanced understanding and plan capacity for change management, upgrade and best practices

• Constantly improve Firewall rule set and configuration by focusing most recent cyberthreats and security trends through threat intelligence data analysis.

• Perform version upgradation, patch update & SOC device restoration.

• Advanced understanding on rules optimization, architecture diagrams and documentation

• Palo Alto certifications such as PCNSA or PCNSE.

• Experience with additional firewall platforms (e.g., Cisco ASA, Fortinet).

• Knowledge of network security frameworks and compliance standards.

• Familiarity with automation and orchestration of firewall policies.

• Understanding of advanced threat protection and intrusion prevention systems.

• Experience with automation and policy-as-code (Panorama/Ansible/Terraform APIs).

• Understanding of micro-segmentation, Zero Trust, and cloud firewalls (Azure Firewall, AWS Network Firewall).

• Exposure to SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, Palo-Alto Cortex) and SOAR workflows.

• Certifications such as Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent.

• Experience with incident response and forensics related to network security controls.
