About the Role
The professional will deal with important and challeging activities such as:
• Assist in Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate and assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Performance Management Support: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Training and Development Coordination: Support training and development activities, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking employee participation.
• HR Data Management: Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Policy and Procedure Compliance: Support compliance with HR policies and procedures, including updating employee handbooks, communicating policy changes, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Assist in the collection and analysis of HR metrics and data to support decision-making and identify trends.
• HR Projects Support: Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR process improvements.
• Benefits Administration Assistance: Support benefits administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
• Employee Communication: Assist in internal communication efforts, including drafting announcements, newsletters, and other communications related to HR initiatives and updates.
• Legal Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including updating policies and procedures as required.

Provide support for organizing and executing company events, such as employee recognition events, team-building activities, and holiday parties.
• Invoice Processing and Basic Administrative Tasks: Handle basic administrative tasks such as invoice processing, managing office supplies, and other general administrative duties.
What You Need to Be Successful
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and assertively, both verbally and in writing.Organization: Being highly organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ethics: Demonstrate high standards of ethics and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and situations.Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to align HR practices with the organization's strategic objectives.Data Analysis: Competence in analyzing HR data to support evidence-based decision making.Advanced English is mandatory
