Job summary

Auxiliar de Produção: Assist in small complexity operations on machine tools, operating start commands or pedal commands according to operator instructions, to initiate the production process, to sharpen points, rebarbar, supply the oven with material, cut espora, mark pieces, polish navalha, cut handle, polish corner, grind, calibrate, open encaixe in pastilha, inject pastilha and perform manual performance, for the manufacture of metal parts, according to work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in visual and/or dimensional inspections during the process, verifying the quality of the manufactured product, using measurement instruments if necessary, and, according to orientation, providing adjustments in the face of irregularities;
• Feed production lines, placing semi-finished products in determined points and in quantities required by the program, to maintain production flow;
• Assist in controlling and registering the quantity of pieces worked in each batch, through a marker attached to the machine, and subsequently registering these information in a data collector, to allow control in production programming;
• Collect and package pieces, as well as clean up residues and materials, to maintain the work area organized;
• Perform other tasks, developing tasks according to needs;
• Take care of the cleanliness and organization of the machine and the work area.
