- Strategic Sourcing Process
- Operational sourcing activities
- Give administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers
- Update and register supplier vendor database
- Support on contract handling with contracts/amendment/termination
- Contact suppliers, stakeholders, internal areas
- Generate some reports and some specific activities under supervision
- Be studying university degrees in business administration, finance, economy, engineering or related, with approved university internships for minimum 12 months.
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday, and flexibility for hybrid work (office 2 x per week)
- Have practical experience in Excel and data management
- Outstanding communication skills
- Have initiative, a pragmatic approach to various situations and be passionate about generating results.
- Proficiency in English language,
- Spanish is a plus
- Practical experience with MS-office (proficient in Excel & PowerPoint).
- PowerBI or any other reporting visualization applications is a plus
