Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role requires you to bridge the gap between our Portuguese-speaking users and our global operations team, ensuring world-class support via Zendesk while contributing to the localized growth of the Airbrush app.

• Handle user inquiries (including some English tickets) via the Zendesk support system, providing efficient and professional assistance.

About You

• You have Major in Portuguese or equivalent proficiency with excellent written and verbal skills required. Strong written English or Chinese proficiency is beneficial but not necessary for this position.
• Prior experience in customer service, online support, or related fields would be an asset.

You must ensure timely responses (all inquiries must be addressed within 24 hours). Flexibility regarding work schedule will enable us on meeting ticket volume demands.
The successful candidate should maintain close communication with User Operations Team for addressing complex cases efficiently inorder that these are resolved on time.We expect candidates who can drive collaborative teamwork through ongoing efforts especially on resolving client issues effectively.
