    Amazon's Transportation Operations team is seeking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Brazil Transportation team.

    This professional will be responsible to manage DSP (Delivery Service Partners) capacity, performance, audit compliance aligned to last mile demands.

    We expect our Business Coach to identify ways to improve our operations continually.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Last Mile capacity analyze and management;
    • Monthly survey analyze and action plan to improve results;
    • On boarding training;
    • Standard processes implementation;
    • Peak period management;
    • Troubleshooting problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary;
    • Ensuring compliance throughout the global process standards and working on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.
    We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

    Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Advanced English;
    • Advanced Excel;
    • Previously experience in supply chain, planning and management.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
    • Experience in MS Access and SQL
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
