Requisitos:

•University degree within appropriate areas (ADM or Tech);

•Master's degree in Project Management or related field;

•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;

•SCRUM, Agile will be considered differential;

•Project management experience;

•Networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence people across different disciplines, cultures and organizational levels;

•Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Atividades:

•Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation;

•Develop and implement project plans for service design initiatives, including user research, prototyping, and implementation phases;

•Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones;

•Lead the application of technological and non-technological solutions: processes, knowledge, professional expertise;

•Especially when COM;

•Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals;

•Foster a collaborative and positive team environment;

•Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations;

•Provide regular project updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed;

•Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;

•Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met;

•Implement and maintain project quality control processes;

•Ensure timely delivery of project components.
