    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a critical role in building scalable ways of sourcing and vetting top finance talent across the globe.

    • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
    • Develop and refine channels for talent sourcing at scale across LATAM (primarily), APAC, and other regions, in close partnership with the engineering team.

    To achieve this goal, we require someone who is creative, resourceful, and data-driven. You will work closely with colleagues and founders to shape and expand our network.


    What You'll Do:



    • Build proprietary sourcing networks in key regions using innovative strategies to attract exceptional talent.


      • < li > Define track key performance metrics for sourcing ,  vetting to enhance continuous ly improve processes upholding high standards quality .
