Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our seasonal department.
You will play a vital role in supporting the design team by creating tech packs, managing product data, and organizing visual assets.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and creative environment, contributing to the success of our seasonal product lines.
This position is purely administrative, no creative work is required.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a design-related role or a strong understanding of visual design principles.
Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
Creating tech packs of approved designs
Setting up approved items into PL system and Monday
Inputting tech packs (once completed) into Monday
Organize and categorize photos from shopping trips by season and trend
Develop and maintain design presentations (PDFs and PowerPoints)
Setting up development charts while we are designing
Assisting in designing seasonal assets.
Setting up design templates.
