What will you do:
Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypotheses & testing them aiming to improve general business performance;Being responsible for the regional business growth considering two main KPIs: number of rides and revenues;Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio

What we expect from you:
Analytical mindset, experience in working and analyzing data;Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;Fluent English;Experience in CustDev marketing research and field surveys;Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly;Goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills, and very self-dependent;Knowledge and experience in project management, business development, and/or product development;Ability to conduct MVP;Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-25%) and overseas (rarely);Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (B2C and B2B) will be a strong advantage
